
Lynk Global was born from a simple idea: businesses should be able to get the support they need, when they need it, without the overhead of full-time hires or the risk of unreliable outsourcing.
After years working in recruitment and business operations, we saw firsthand how small and growing businesses were stuck between two bad options: hiring full-time staff they could not fully utilise, or outsourcing tasks with little oversight and mixed results. We knew there had to be a better way.
So, we built it. Lynk Global provides on-demand admin, bookkeeping, and back-office support, fully managed, offshore teams that deliver high-quality work with local accountability. Our team is based in the Philippines, but everything is led and quality-checked by an Australian team who understands the standards you expect.
Today, we support businesses across a range of industries, helping them simplify operations, reduce costs, and focus on what they do best, while we handle the rest. We are small, agile, and driven by the results we deliver.

Our team has expanded, but our approach remains the same, hands-on, responsive, and focused on delivering real value. We now have a dedicated office in the Philippines with skilled staff across admin, accounts, payroll, and marketing — all trained to Australian standards and backed by local management.
